Photographic Triptych ‘Pavement Teeth’ from the series ‘Phenomenlogical Field Notes’ – exploring traces of industrial and human relationships and interactions in Bristol.

This cast-iron kerb edging is a common Bristol feature, designed to help the iron-bound wheels of carriages pass safely by without damaging the stone kerbs. Bristol is one of only two cities in England to have this feature.
